The Full Plate Community is an online membership designed to help you heal your relationship with food without shame, rules, or restriction. Membership features include:

  • Live, 60-minute workshops and replays each month on topics like stress eating, fullness cues, and challenging the food police
  • A private chat space with Aimee and other members for support, encouragement, and connection
  • An exclusive resource library with tools and prompts to guide your journey
  • Peer pod matchups to connect and learn with others facing similar challenges
  • Ask-me-anything videos to get your specific questions answered
  • Optional 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions with Aimee, including a custom plan to help you on your journey with food

This is not a weight loss program. It’s not an accountability tracker. It’s a place to build a kinder, more connected relationship with food and yourself.
